1. What are the different Sharak Privileged Health Card Plan options provided by Sharak Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.?
The different membership options are as given below:

3. I already have health insurance. Why should I take a Sharak Privileged Health Card Plan?
The Sharak Privileged Health Card Plan offers benefits that help you save money on your day-to-day preventive, pre-hospitalization and hospitalization medical expenses. Apart from this, a Health Insurance covers you only against the serious illnesses when you are hospitalized. But our plan helps you save out-of pocket investments on almost all kinds of healthcare/wellness expenditures.

Sharak Privileged Healthcard has a very simple process to help you find the best doctors suitable for your requirement. Any time you need a free medical practitionar consultation ( first consultation is free ), please call up the Sharak Helpline number mentioned on your card. Our Customer Service executives will be happy to guide you as per your requirement. Our list of empaneled doctors is constantly updated and increased, and you can get an information about the doctors in your vicinity through our 24/7 helpline services and innovative web-portal. This process ensures that the best possible doctor is referred to you. 6. What is the process to be followed in case I do not receive the card within the specified time frame?
You will receive the Health card within 14 working days after realization of payments. Meanwhile, you can get your e-card by logging into our web-portal. The user-name and password of the same would be provided to you in 7 working days. You would be informed about the username and password through Sms and e-mail. Simultaneously, you will receive a call from our customer care executive informing you about your user account and the process of using the healthcard.
7. What if I do not receive any call from your side informing me about the username and password within the specified time frame?
If in case, you do not receive a call and email from our side in 7 working days, log a complaint on our web portal or inform us through our 24/7 helpline number.
8. What is the need for buying a healthcard?
In case of unforeseen event, wherein you need to visit a doctor, you would end up paying out of pocket for lot of services like diagnostics, O P D consultations, pharmacy drugs,etc In case you do not have health insurance coverage or your claim got rejected owing to the policy terms and conditions, your out of pocket spending for the ailment would be drenching. Therefore, we bring this unique card which provides discounts on OPD, IPD admission, pharmacy, diagnostic and ambulance services. Not only this, you can avail discounts on second medical opinion, ayurvedic, homeopathic, dental, beauty, vision and spa treatments as well. This card comes with a one time reasonable cost with a validity of one year with no limits on the number of visits to the service provider.
9. How is Sharak Health card different from health-insurance?
Sharak Healthcard is available to all ruling out any age or health condition discrimination. 10. Is there any Age Limit and Age Cover for the membership of the card?
No! There is absolutely no age limit or cover restrictions for Sharak Health Card membership.
11. How many members in the family can be covered?
In a Family membership up to 4 members can be covered. If there are any more persons in the family, additional individual/ couple/ family memberships can be taken.
12. How will I know which doctor in my locality is from which speciality?
To get the information about the health care provider, you can log-on to our web site at www.sharakhealthcare.com and log-on to your account and search for the healthcare provider of any or every specialty in your locality. Or else you can call our customer care executive on our helpline number displayed on your card and access the information you need.
13. Do I need to renew my membership after completion of one year?
Membership benefits of the Sharak's Priveleged Health Card would be valid only for one year post which your user account would be blocked. Also you would be identified by a unique ID number mentioned on your healthcard. Post one year, your unique ID number would be de-activated. You need to renew your membership by repaying the health card membership fees, post which your account would be activated.
14. How is Sharak discount card different?
Sharak's health card offers discounts on multiple- dimensional services near your doorstep; on multiple visits to multiple service providers. To name a few: private medical practitioners, hospital O P D's, Hospital I P D's, diagnostic services, pharmacies, Ayurveda clinics, Homeopathic clinics, dentists, physiotherapists, Spa centers, beauty clinics, spiritual healing centers, ambulances, etc.
15. If I have insurance, will this card provide any extra benefit?
YES - If your insurance does not cover certain drugs (ex - cosmetic drugs, brand names, prenatal vitamins, etc) then this card may save you money! If your insurance does not cover any disease or gets rejected due to some pre-existing ailment, then this card helps save money on IPD, OPD and pharmacy.
16. Can I gift this card to someone?
Yes, it is possible for you to gift this card to someone by paying the annual membership fees for the first year. As per your instructions, we can send the card/s either to you or the person you are gifting it to. However, your own Sharak Privileged Health Card is not transferable and cannot be used by anyone else.
17. What happens if there is an emergency and I need to go to a doctor?
Call the help line number mentioned on your Sharak Health card and inform the customer care executive about the patient's condition and your location. The customer care executive would inform you about the nearby doctor of the required specialty and would book appointment for you. In need of ambulance requirement, the call center executive would book the ambulance facility for you and would coordinate with you till the time the patient is admitted in
18. Can I refund of Sharak Privileged Card Membership fees if I am not happy with the services?
Have trust on us! We will not give you any chance to become unsatisfied with our services. But if in case you face any challenges with respect to the services, kindly let us know on by logging a complaint on our web portal or giving a call at our customer care center. You will get your membership amount reimbursed within 15 days of issuance of card if in case you are not satisfied with our services.

21. Can I include dependents on my plan?
Yes, one of the wonderful features of our discount plans is that your entire household can receive the discounts; our Healthcard range is available for all- individual ( for one member ), couple ( for tow members ), family ( for 4 members of family ) and comprehensive ( for 6 members of family ).
22. There is not a provider close to my home. What do I do?
While some zip code areas may have a limited number of providers, there are usually providers within a 50-mile radius of your zip code. You can refer a provider for participation in the network by calling our helpline number. Our project manager will contact the provider with information on how to apply to participate in this plan. It may take 6-12 weeks before a provider is added to the network because of the credentialing formalities.
23. If my doctor or dentist refers me to a specialist who is not in the network, do I still get a discount?
You will only receive a discount by going to a healthcare provider empanelled in Sharak's network. The information of the same would be provided you in the Sharak healthcard booklet and on the webportal. Also you can call our helpline number and seek information on your nearest provider through our customer care executive.
24. What do I do if I feel the provider over charged me?
You can log a complaint on our web-portal or get in touch with us through our helpline number and let us know status of the bill charged against the services rendered. We will investigate your inquiry, and you will be contacted regarding the findings. If the provider found guilty, the same would be de-panelled through our network. Also, we regularly keep a check on the cost of availing services at our network providers.
